Job Details: GENERAL SUMMARY: To consistently monitor and assess department phone recordings to leverage existing phone call monitoring technology. Provide timely feedback and recognition which will improve service, quality, and efficiency.This person will work to execute the department's vision and mission through close relationships with the management and support team. STANDARD QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and\/or ability required.Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential duties. A.Education \/ Training:An Associates degree and\/or previous experience in the call center environment is preferred. B.Work Experience:Three years of registration and scheduling experience required C.Certification, Licensure, Registration: D.Other Qualifications: \u00b7Advanced computer skills and expertise in the full Microsoft Office suite. Strong listening, verbal and written communication skills. Requires experience with the Beaumont corporate registration and scheduling process. Able to work independently and to be self-motivated. \u00b7Ability to sit for extended periods of time and to review recorded consumer interactions using head phones\/ear buds. Can take initiative to compile, analyze and present data, along with independent decision making skills. undefined
