Job Description Job Summary: The Contact Center Representative answers incoming calls and performs triage of inquiries. Responsibilities: Responds to telephone and\/or Internet inquiries from customers seeking information and\/or resources., following a set standard. Collects relevant caller data to assist with measurement, tracking and reporting activities. Track inquires, questions and answers and provide resolution. May perform additional clerical duties as assigned. Qualifications Licenses\/Certifications\/Registration: Preferred Credential(s): Minimum Qualification: None Required Education: Minimum\u00a0Qualification: High School diploma or equivalent Work Experience: Minimum Qualification: One year of experience working in a customer service role. Preferred Qualification: Experience working within a call center environment. Ability to work independently and in a team setting. Bilingual preferred. Medical office\/patient scheduling preferred. Excellent oral & written communication & interpersonal skills including customer service phone skills & active listening. Professional and courteous demeanor and ability to collaborate with a team. Strong system skills and ability to learn, retain and apply large amounts of product, procedure, policy and system information.
