We are currently seeking a PT- Support Center Assistant.
Schedule (4pm-10pm / aprox.30-32 hours per week)
Handle all inbound calls and email communications to the AWP Support Center, taking customer job orders, and directing call inquiries to appropriate AWP personnel.
Document all work order changes during the after-hours window and follow standard protocol for communicating changes and updating the work orders.
Utilize AWP's Salesforce technology platform to enter customer job orders ensuring all relevant information is captured and documented.
Maintain emergency call-out lists and advise Managementof changes
Maintain on-call rotation information from the field for the AWP Support Center use
Maintain temporary agency contact information
Triage requests from Traffic Control staff to the appropriate person
Ensure employee phone records are up to date for dispatch purposes
Communicate daily work assignments to facility personnel, handling confirmations, and exceptions.
Must be extremely detail-oriented
Must be proficient to an intermediate level on MS Office/Computer navigation and internet research

Must have 2-3 years' experience in a call center / order taking role
Must have strong customer service skills
