A low quality phone with background noise will not create a good impression to the clients about you. Consider the hands free set phone. As you will be working majority of time with the phone, if you have hands free set it will be easier for you. If you choose or select the wireless phone you can move and can get the field information or you can perform other works with the phone in the hand.
