Your typical day at work:
As an Outbound Customer Service and Sales Representative, you will be calling Partners from an outside source already interested in growing their janitorial business. We are required to bring on new partners that are qualified.
Strive to understand the partners situation and recognize the partners needs
Read from a script verbatim - we know what works and were going to teach you how to be successful!
Provide quality service that will exceed partner expectations
Maintain a high level of confidentiality
Make a Minimum of 100 Calls a day
Accurately document partner interactions within the appropriate systems
Apply techniques offered in training and ongoing coaching for continuous improvement towards sales and performance targets.
Youll love working here if you have:
Experience in a call center environment (must have)
Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills
Solid computer skills and an aptitude for learning new software
The desire to grow within a company
Hunger to succeed
Can hit an exceed targets
Important details:
FULL-TIME POSITION - Workweek of 40 hours
The shift is 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM Monday to Friday.
