We are looking for a small team of call centre advisors for our business which sells adjustable furniture including armchairs and beds. If you've got any experience in customer service, upselling, or working to targets, along with lots of energy, enthusiasm and resilience, this job could be PERFECT for you!
We also look for:
- People who love talking to people. Your job will involve chatting with multiple different clients a day, so the ability to quickly build a rapport is essential.
- Able to deal with rejection. You have to be able move on to your next call without it affecting your overall performance.
- Focus and drive. This will help you meet your targets and become successful in the position, as well as earning some extra cash using the bonus structure!
- Any experience with sales, upselling, or working to targets. In this role you will be set simple daily targets which require self motivation.
These bespoke products benefit our customers by giving them a greater level of comfort and support. It will be your job to call prospective customers, read our customer script engage with them in a friendly knowledgeable manner, and then book an appointment for our sales agent to then visit the customers in the comfort of their own homes to then explain the unique designs and benefits of our furniture.

This is a TEMP-PERM position with an excellent work-life balance. Working hours are 9am-5pm Monday to Friday NO WEEKENDS.
- 37.5 hours per week paid at 11 per hour. (Commission available)
