Now that the travel discount website has finalized plans to open its new call center in Michigan, the company is gearing up to recruit new employees to work out of its 45,670 square-foot property. The company is looking to fill positions in customer support, from booking rooms and hotels to credit control operations, along with writers, translators, and editors to create and maintain content found on the website. They also hope to hire bilingual student to communicate with customers in multiple languages around the world. Company officials mentioned that the jobs will pay an average of $14 an hour, plus benefits. Interviews are currently in progress with start dates to begin in mid August.
