Call Center Sales Jobs description
A call center sales executive is responsible for developing tactical guerilla telesales marketing campaigns and sales enablement tools to effectively market, grow, and increase the company’s leading market share. A call center sales executive supervises personnel, prepares work schedules, facilitates associate training, tracks and reports sales goals and motivates their team. As a call center sales executive, one has to provide inside sales expertise and feedback and to produce the necessary sales tools. A call center sales executive also has to work with product and industry marketing executives as well as corporate marketing program executives to leverage and modify sales tools. Educating sales and business development audiences for each program implemented is also the duty of a call center sales executive.A call center sales job requires a BS/BA degree or equivalent experience. Some years of telemarketing or inside sales experience may be an advantage. A call center sales executive should possess the ability to translate marketing positioning into compelling sales messages, scripts, and tools. Further, a call center sales executive should be able to take product and vertical marketing plans and translate into effective telemarketing campaigns.
