Profile

HealthPlanOne, LLC is growing rapidly in the Tampa area. We continue to recruit for licensed health insurance sales agents and as a result of our growth, we are looking for accomplished leaders with a strong health insurance sales background to support, motivate, coach and mentor a team of sales agents in our Tampa call center.

Primary Responsibilities:

Manage a team of sales agents to drive new sales

Coach agents on the proper ways to effectively use rebuttals to improve closure rate

Update the team on new policies and procedures

Assist with interviewing and hiring of sales agents

Communicate daily, weekly, monthly sales to goal to agents

Meet monthly individual sales target

Monitor calls and time reporting to ensure compliance

Perform related job duties as required

Requirements:

A current and valid Florida Life, Health and Annuity License (215)

5 years' health insurance sales experience

3 years' sales leadership experience

Medicare experience is a plus

Experience working with multiple health insurance carriers is a plus

Proven ability to manage a team of sales agents

Experience in a call center environment is strongly preferred

Ability to comprehend and clearly articulate product knowledge from various health insurance carriers to prospective members/callers

Possess ability to understand and utilize computer systems

Excellent interpersonal and listening skills, with a positive attitude and a desire to make a difference in people’s lives

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Medicare experience is required

Proven ability to manage a team of sales agents is required.

Experience in call center environment strongly preferred

Ability to comprehend and clearly articulate product knowledge from various healthcare insurance plans to prospective members/callers

Possess ability to understand and utilize computer systems

Excellent interpersonal and listening skills, with a positive attitude and a desire to make a difference in people's lives
